Meet Diane Berry, a visionary leader and market trailblazer in The Woodlands, Texas, renowned for her unparalleled expertise in the corporate housing industry. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas at Austin, Diane's journey spans a variety of roles within an array of industries like airlines, apartment/property management, and hospitality.
In 1990, Diane embarked on a transformative chapter, joining The Woodlands Development Corporation (WDC) to oversee a diverse multi-family asset portfolio. Recognizing the evolving needs of the market, she spearheaded the establishment of a pioneering corporate housing division within WDC in 1997, laying the foundation for groundbreaking corporate housing initiatives in Northwest Houston.
In a defining moment in October 2003, Diane forged her path as the Director and Partner of Corporate Housing Associates (CHA). Drawing from her deep understanding of relocation and travel dynamics, she infused CHA with a commitment to meticulous attention to detail, elevating the standards of service and accommodations to unprecedented levels. Under her guidance, CHA has garnered acclaim as one of the premier employers according to The Houston Business Journal's "Best Places to Work," and has consistently received the prestigious 'Winner of Distinction Award' from the Better Business Bureau since 2010.
Leveraging over three decades of industry experience and an unwavering pursuit of excellence, Diane has propelled CHA onto the global stage. Her strategic acquisitions, including The Oaks Group in 2005, Corporate Living Environment 2015, Home Corporate Relocation 2020, and Murphy's Corporate Lodging in 2019, have firmly established CHA as a dominant force in corporate housing, solidifying its position as one of the foremost global providers headquartered in the Lone Star State.
